Hassle-free product, worth the price. Bought it in July this year, for my 80 year old mother-in-law. Since then she has been visiting various big temples happily and so comfortably. Yes, she likes it very much! Once you get the hang of how to fold and unfold the chair, it gets very easy. No regrets at all!
