I bought this for my 76-year-old father, and now he walks wonderfully, even on the beach. It's easy to fold and transport in the car. He can walk a bit and then rest on the attached seat. He used to need someone to walk with him, but now he's able to walk independently with this walker.
This is a deeply sentimental moment for me. When I was a child, he bought a walker for me, and now I've been able to buy one for him. I was so happy I was brought to tears watching him walk on the beach. We take it everywhere we go: to the temple, for street walks, to the beach, and to the market. The walker also has a bag under the seat, which he finds very useful.

Very light and flexible. Excellent purchase for walking support. Easy to manipulate even when weak. Much better than wheelchair if you still value independence.
I wish there was a user's booklet. Not sure if I accidentally gor rid of it.

It is very important for seniors to exercise and be mobile. To that end this is a great product.
It is light weight. I picked this over others just for this reason.
The brakes are good, also the locking mechanism.
We have been using it on the paved walkway in front of the house -- not on Indian streets which can be brutal.
The seat and storage are great ideas. You can store cell phones, papers etc, and use them when sitting down.
