I just replaced a set of these today for a friend. ( Invacare 9000 SL ) The 8 x 1 wheels matched up. The attach or center bolt presented no problem. I was concerned about the inner bearing diameter but it was .437 or 7/16. If you buy 4 bearings to replace, your wasting your time. This is a walk in the park, done at the same price as 4 bearings. Need I say more?
Mom's front wheel came apart - didn't need a whole new walker, just the front wheel. Bolted on perfect. Easy install.

Replaced the standard wheels that come with wheelchair. Wore through those after 4 months. These work so well. Much easier to push with solid rubber wheels. Highly recommend
